Bacani Media Group provides digital marketing, website design, lead generation, CRM automation, SEO, and related services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete information required to deliver services
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Ensuring you have rights to any materials you provide to us
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. Bacani Media Group retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are due as specified.Bacani Media Group reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bacani Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding a claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain in effect.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
